The conservation works to 10 Mill Street and the adjoining Mission Hall were carried out by DHD Construction Ltd from 2014 to 2017. 10 Mill Street has a long history and is a building of great architectural significance in Dublin.

Edenmore Primary Care Centre
This design and build contract was completed in 2020 and included the construction of a new community all-weather sports pitch and an extension to Saint Monica’s Youth Club, located on the same site.

O’Connell’s Restaurant
The former Madigan’s Pub in Donnybrook, Dublin 4 was refurbished and converted to O’Connell’s Restaurant in 2011.
Ashling Hotel
Hotel new air-conditioning system, roofing refurbishment, insulation upgrades and reconfiguration of conference rooms.
31 Merrion Square
The development included the full refurbishment of the 4 storey over basement building with full heritage requirements.

Blackpitts
As part of a larger demolition and site enabling contract, DHD Construction Ltd were contracted to carry out the archeological excavation at Blackpitts, Dublin 10 in conjunction with the archeological team.

The logistically challenging seven storey building is currently under construction by DHD Construction. The building will comprise of 23 apartments with balconies at all upper levels and associated circulation areas.
