At 14 Merrion Square North, DHD Construction Ltd sympathetically rejuvenated this Georgian period building including 3 floors of office area and a luxurious penthouse apartment overlooking Merrion Square. 14 Merrion Square is a prime example of Georgian Dublin and all works were undertaken in accordance with conservation guidelines to maximize it’s presentation as such.

There was a substantial refurbishment of the sash windows, floors, mechanical & electrical systems and full decoration throughout. The main staircase was refurbished and a new staircase was installed serving the Basement. The site was, due to its location, severely restricted and with no rear access careful planning and management was required to ensure the smooth running of the works.

A substantial damp-proofing and restoration of the basement was completed.
