High specification development of 5 x four storey Townhouses and 2 x two storey Apartments.

A new development of sixteen homes of varying sizes.

The logistically challenging seven storey building is currently under construction by DHD Construction. The building will comprise of 23 apartments with balconies at all upper levels and associated circulation areas.

Wellview House was constructed for Fold Ireland Housing Association as part of the TLC Carton development at Tonlegee Road, Dublin 5.

The works comprise of the construction of a three storey nursing home with associated resident’s welfare accommodation, staff facilities and kitchen.

Development of 25 x 2 and 3 bedroom Townhouses in a closed community setting.
