All materials and components used are assessed and, where necessary, inspected upon delivery. Thereafter, ongoing inspections as the works proceed and detailed examinations of completed work will take place. Method Statements, Contract Specific Procedures and Quality Plans will provide an additional level of control on identified elements of work.
Subcontractors are continually assessed and will be selected for the contract after stringent evaluation of their current performance and historical data. Only subcontractors meeting the required standard will be invited to tender. By applying this method of assessment, subcontractors selected are identified as being capable of operating the necessary controls to assist Site Management in satisfying the specification requirements. The resultant partnership between carefully selected subcontractors and the construction team ensures that the Company can confidently expect their requirements to be met.
